And so the terms ” Pawel Flisak CPCS”, “we”, “our” “us” and “ours” refers to AF TRAINING Ltd. when used within these Terms and Conditions.
Additionally the terms “you”, “your” and also “yours” “candidate” “customer” invariably means any user of this website and persons who wish to purchase a service or product from AF TRAINING Ltd. within these Terms and Conditions. If you are proceeding on behalf of a particular business, you confirm that you have the authority from said business that authorizes you to make payment for any products or services through use of their credit card etc. from our website.
It is important to state that the use of gender words implying one gender does include all other genders, also words implying the singular include the plural and vice versa. Also important to stipulate that any reference to a person does include a reference to a company authority board department or other body.
Access to and use of this website www.uprawnienia.co.uk and the materials, services and information that are available through our site are subject to the applicable laws and regulations and to our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are binding on any partnership, business, company or individual that purchases our goods or services and or makes a or multiple bookings with AF TRAINING Ltd.
By approaching this Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to said terms and conditions you are free to exit the Website.
We reserve the right to revise, edit or amend any of our Terms and Conditions at any time we deem fit without notice to the customer. The new terms will then will apply only to the contracts and sales after the new rules are on the website thus having come into effect. The Terms on our website at the time you place your order will be the Terms which apply to you. The latest terms and conditions will always be posted to the website as soon as possible.
We do not sell any of our products or services to any persons under the age of 16. However if you are under the age of 16, you are still eligible to purchase our products or services via our website only however with authority given by either a parent or guardian.
The checking of the terms and conditions are ensuring they comply with you before making a booking or using our services is your responsibility the customers.
All information on this Website including, materials, products and services apply to the information, materials and services available only in the UK, unless otherwise stated.
Specific services including but not limited to the health & environmental test booking are provided on a ‘subject to availability’ basis. Although we are constantly checking for availability, there are certain elements of the service that are beyond our control and in which we are unable to offer an instant confirmation. However we will, issue you with a confirmation email within 48 working hours from the time the booking was made.
If the booking is unavailable for the date requested, we will book the nearest date and time that is available subject to your availability and specification stated on the booking form. If you wish to reschedule or get a refund for your test, we reserve the right to take an administrative fee of £15.00 for the work administered previously.
Each order placed via uprawnienia.co.uk will be subject to our acceptance and in accordance to the following Terms & Conditions:
The receipt of payment (confirmation email) sent by us shall serve as proof of the paying customers full acceptance of all terms & conditions as detailed here.
We do not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier.
We do not provide any form of a guarantee for the specific date or time upon which a service is to be carried out, a test is to be taken or product delivered as there is the possibility of them being subject to change and are in some cases affected or interceded by a third party service.
Within this agreement you clearly accept and fully acknowledge that your order adheres and pertains to the arrangement of a service or product i.e. the arrangement/booking of a specific ‘test’, or the supply of ordered revision materials but that your order is NOT for a date and time due to the reasons stated above. Once a specific order has been placed and or paid for, you will no longer have the right of cancellation to obtain a refund due to the following reasons;
1) A delay in receipt by us for any of the services or products ordered
2) A variation to your preferred choice of any of the products or services ordered, nor for any other reason.
Should you wish to cancel an order that has been paid for and processed you will forfeit any money already paid.
Under the terms of this agreement you explicitly accept that you will not be entitled nor receive a refund through requesting such a cancellation.
Additionally you the company or customer are responsible for attending the test centre on the correct date at the correct time.
You can make an on-line booking by selecting the product or service you require through our website and in accordance with the website terms. Payments are taken online via our on-line booking service by you and will be taken to signify your compliance of the websites terms and conditions.
Before you pay for the specific service or product it is required for you to fill in the details within the booking form. You will be able to proceed further to make payment in full. Once this has been fully completed with the correct details you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have provided.
It is important to articulate that the date and time chosen by you online is subject to availability and so not guaranteed, however we will do our best to get the closest available date for you.
Where the customers desired date is not available we will not issue refunds however we will offer alternative dates and times depending on clients preference or requirements.
Please allow up to 2 working days for bookings to be processed and confirmations sent out to our customers.
Also please do inform us as soon as you can if there are any errors in your order at email@example.com and hereby we state that we reserve the right to cancel any order we see fit.
It is also important to stipulate that the price that you pay for the product or service will be the price that is displayed on the website at the “confirmed purchase” stage.
The AF TRAINING Ltd. accepts payment via PayPal. We do require the full cleared payment before we are able to book any test for you.
If for any reason we are unable to book the test for you, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as we can to offer you either a partial refund or any alternatives that both parties deem appropriate.
It is fundamental for us to state that any statutory rights which you have as a Consumer are not affected by these Terms. On the contrary you have the following additional rights:
You have a right to cancel a booked test. If you wish to cancel your test, you need to contact us via the email below:
If you contact us, before we have processed your booking you will get a full refund. However, if you contact us after your details have been passed through to our administrative team you will not be entitled to a full refund, however in some exceptional cases an partial refund may be offered as a gesture of good will upon the managers discretion.
Upon booking a test with us the candidate taking a test is solely responsible for attending the test centre on time, providing the correct documentation an taking the test. We will not be held responsible for the actions taken after the booking of the test and once the confirmation has been sent out by us.
It is also important to note that we process all bookings with the exact details provided by you the customer and so we are not to be held liable or responsible for any errors on the booking form. Neither are we to be held responsible if the candidate fails his or her test.
If you wish to reschedule a test that has been booked through us, you can contact us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. To reschedule you must provide us with your First Name and Surname. You must also inform us at least 5 working days prior to your test date.
If you fail to contact us as with the details discussed above, we will be unable to reschedule your test and your charge will not be returned.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Any material or communication you the customer or persons acting on behalf of the customer post or send across to us via the internet is, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Upon the communication of any personal information to us, you expressly grant permission to us to dispense and/or utilise such information for any lawful purpose.
All your communications with us by mail or any other forms will be used for the purposes of security quality control and other business use.
We provide no guarantee or warranties in regards to this website and we disclaim all warranties express or implied and state that you the customer accept that the owners, directors employees and other representatives shall benefit from this clause.
We reserve the right to suspend, delete, edit this Website temporarily or permanently with or without notice. And thus you agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or deletion of this Website.
We reserve the right to make changes as we deem fit to these Terms & Conditions at any time of our choosing. You will be subject to the Terms stipulated at the time you place your order.
You have read and understand these Terms and agree that it constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all proposals, representations, understandings and prior agreements, whether oral or written, and all other communications between us relating thereto.
